1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to book production, you will be notified via email.
Pre-orders will ship once the book officially releases or as specified in the product description.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

3. Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While I cannot control carrier delays or errors, I will do my best to assist you in resolving the issue and replacing damaged items where possible.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to me due to an address issue, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.
