Thank you for supporting my work and for purchasing directly from lilithmireles.com. I truly appreciate every reader and customer. Please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for both physical and digital products.
1. Physical Books and Merchandise
I take great care to ensure that every order is processed and shipped correctly. However, if your book or item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery at lilithbmireles@gmail.com with the following details:

A brief description of the issue.

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable).
Depending on the situation, I may offer:

A replacement copy of the same item (if stock is available).

A refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping).
Please note:

Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all eBook and digital file sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., you didn’t receive your download link or the file is corrupted), please contact me at lilithbmireles@gmail.com, and I’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.
3. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible at lilithbmireles@gmail.com.
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return under the conditions above.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact me with your order number.
While I am not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs, I will do my best to help track or replace missing orders where possible.
