If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me at lilithbmireles@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

4. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of books and digital content, all sales are generally final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact me within 5 days of delivery at lilithbmireles@gmail.com, and we will review your request for a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, or bonus materials) cannot be refunded once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
